- Manual survey methods prone to error and delay
- No centralized system for tracking or visualizing vendor locations
- Need for scalable tech that works in low-connectivity zones
What We Delivered
- GIS-enabled mobile survey app for field data collection
- Web-based portal for real-time monitoring and data management
- Map interface to visualize vendor distribution across urban zones
- Reporting engine for demographic and spatial analysis
- Secure data export for integration with other government systems
Our Approach
MWire designed a mobile-first GIS survey app that allowed field teams to tag vendor locations, capture business details, and sync data securely. The admin portal gave government officials a live view of survey progress, vendor density, and eligibility metrics—enabling faster decision-making and transparent planning.
Why It Worked
- Built for field realities: mobile-first, GIS-enabled, low-bandwidth compatible
- Human + tech synergy: surveyors + digital tools = faster, cleaner data
- Policy-aligned: integrated with the 2023 Street Vendors Scheme and High Court directives
- Geo-Tagging for Planning & Accountability
